1. My Rising Sun is in Aquarius ( 25 degrees ). It does effect my personality but EVERYONE is different. I am quirky and different, original, and fast thinking. I think there is another reason why I have this: Uranus in My 10th House. I kind of look like an Aqua rising too minus being tall.
