Seriously you can not change yourself overnight. It takes at least a week or two to form a habbit but you can start trying to not trust people so easily if they take advantage of you.

Yes, I want to tell you, who cares what they think of you and just be yourself but I also get that's not what you want to hear. My advice is to be confident. Confidence shows that you are a strong person not a weak person. Walk into the room with your head high, make eye contact, smile and be that girl that you have always wanted to be. The one that is Not always a nice girl, that does Not get teased and who is Extremely COOL! If you believe it they will too!!
